The career counseling event, “Chance And Change” was held on 18th December, 2021. The event was organized by AIESEC in Patan. The main motive of this event was to help youths become clear about the next step that they will be taking in their career.
The event had two groups presenting about their career. One group being youths who have been doing exceptionally well in the career field that they love and another group being veterans from different career fields. The event was held to give youths the chance to know more about the different career paths that they can choose from and also become clear to a certain extent about the field that aligns with their values, passion, and skills.
There was attendance of over 300 audiences present in the event for 1 Career Development Session and 2 Panel Discussions featuring 10 Panelists. The event was able to make an impact on the youths to help them think about their future career goals.
