Federal Reinsurance Brokers Limited (FRBL), was honored with the prestigious “ICC Asia Insurance Awards – Best Broker of the Year, 2022-2023 (Region: Nepal) during the 4th ICC Emerging Asia Insurance Conclave & Awards, organized by Indian Chamber of Commerce. The award was graciously accepted by Mr. Subarna Paudel, Managing Director of FRBL, during the ceremony held at Taj Land Ends, Mumbai, on November 22-23, 2023. PwC, serving as the process Reviewer of the award, played a pivotal role in ensuring the credibility and transparency of the selection process.

FRBL was one of the first local Reinsurance Broker in Nepal licensed by Nepal Insurance Authority. In less than two years since its establishment, FRBL has garnered a series of historic milestones, including being the First Reinsurance Broker in Nepal registered as a Public Limited Company and the First and only Reinsurance Broker in Nepal with ISO 9001:2015 certification from the United Registrar of System, UK. Strategically partnering with numerous reputed Insurance Companies, Reinsurance Companies, Brokers, and Risk Management Firms globally, FRBL has solidified its position as a key player in the international insurance arena. The company’s dedication to fostering young talent is reflected in its dynamic team, boasting a median age of 30 years. Beyond these achievements, FRBL has surpassed 50% representation of women in its workforce, promoting diversity and inclusion.
