While most travellers trek in a group or with a guide, some prefer solitude to enjoy nature on their own. Nepal is indeed a safe country for solo female travellers however, there are always exceptions.
As a female traveller, one should always take precaution while travelling. Always stay on the designated trail and never wander off-trail without a professional guide. And always remember to trek only during the day time and rest at a teahouse for the night as soon as, or before it starts to get dark.
