The first-ever Tennis Tournament organized by Hotel Yak & Yeti is being held from 26th September to 2nd October, 2021. After many months of staying indoors, the Hotel has organized this event with an aim to bring back some normalcy and fun. Of course, with the safety rules in check.
The tournament will be contested by 114 players in six event categories (35+ Single /Doubles, 45+ Single /Doubles and 55+ Single /Doubles). With a total of 108 matches played in knockout format adhering to lawn tennis rules and norms of Nepal Tennis Association (NTA) and International Tennis Federation (ITF). We are yet to see who will be the winners of the first ever Hotel Yak and Yeti Tennis Tournament.
The Opening Ceremony was held on September 26, 2021 and the tournament was jointly inaugurated by Chief Guest Mr. Bikash Rana and General Manager of Hotel Yak & Yeti, Monika Scheiblauer.
